The goal of this meet will be to bring the region together in a meet geared to kick off the year with an opportunity to test out that new level and create a baseline score to compare to the end of the year. We are hoping to bring in 500+ gymnasts from ours and surrounding regions.
On behalf of Jean and Dan Sabol and Chenango Gymnastics I would like to thank you for making this weekend's meet a huge success. It was great to see excited gymnasts, parents and coaches from the entire state celebrating the love of gymnastics. Final meet results will be posted here hopefully by Tuesday. We look forward to placing a bid for next year's state meet and hope to host levels 4-10 in a "double gym" facility located 1 mile from the gym with ample space and parking. We are also hosting the first North Meets South meet at this facility on the weekend immediately following thanksgiving 2007. Mark your calendars now for this meet. Hotels will not be a problem on that weekend. You can get more information as it becomes available by checking our web site.
