A 45 min transitional preschool program designed to bridge the Mom Pop and Tot and Preschool class. we will introduce your child to basic gymnastics skills on bars, beam, tumbling, vault, and trampoline while having fun. Children learn to work independently with an instructor, learn structure, motor and listening skills, body awareness and to have fun as a group. Children are encouraged to try new skills, while receiving praise, so they will gain self confidence.
