Children are placed into this class according to age and ability. Each class meets 1 time per week. We strongly feel that children need to feel comfortable with their peers, so that they are not afraid to attempt new skills. Children learn basic gymnastics skills through the progression levels recommended by USAG. Gymnastics builds strong bodies, teaches body awareness, self esteem, confidence, cooperation within a group and discipline. All Ability can prepare a gymnast for the pre-competitive levels.
