This 45 minute program is an instructional class for parent and child. Children are introduced to the facility, equipment and instructors, as well as learning to interact with other children and adults.

This is usually a child's first experience with gymnastics. The child feels safe with the parent along side of them. It is a special time for the parent and child to have fun. The class includes group activities, gymnastics, listening and large motor skill activities. The atmosphere is full of music, games, and group and individual time.
